In a falling film evaporator, the refrigerant liquid flows uniformly along the inner wall of the heat exchange tubes in the form of a thin film, forming a continuous and thin liquid film. This enables sufficient and efficient heat exchange between the refrigerant and the heat transfer medium inside the heat exchange tubes, effectively enhancing the heat exchange efficiency. Under the same cooling capacity requirement, it can reach the set temperature more quickly, reduce the operating time, and thereby lower energy consumption.
