1. The use of water chiller environment is bad -- the ambient temperature is too high or too low, the exhaust outlet can not effectively heat dissipation.
It is recommended that the chiller be placed in an appropriate ambient temperature, not higher than 40 degrees in summer;
2. The heat exchanger of the chiller is too dirty -- leading to the cooling of the cold water itself is reduced, affecting refrigeration

3. Refrigeration system leakage freon (refrigerant)
To find out the leakage point, welding and refrigerant;
4. The optional cooling capacity is insufficient -- when the cooling capacity of the chiller is insufficient, the equipment can not be effectively refrigerated, the temperature will be high;
It is recommended to replace the chiller with the appropriate cooling capacity;
5. Temperature controller failure -- temperature controller failure, unable to achieve normal temperature control and reality;

6. The water temperature probe fault -- can not real-time monitoring of water temperature and water temperature value is abnormal;
Need to replace the probe;
7. Compressor failure - if the compressor does not work, the rotor is stuck, the speed drops, etc.
