2. Air cooled chiller is the use of its own fan heat dissipation, for water quality requirements are not so strict, but for safety, also can be installed water filter or water management equipment. To prevent excessive dust from affecting the heat dissipation effect, clean the fans regularly;

3. Whether it is air cooled chiller or water cooler, the refrigeration effect of the unit is also affected by the use of the compressor and condenser. The condenser should be cleaned every six months, at least once a year;

4. Check the frozen oil and lubricating oil system regularly, and replace and supplement it regularly if necessary;

5. Check whether the filter dryer is normal, there is no blockage, such as blockage must be replaced with a new filter;

6. Check whether the amount of refrigerant is enough, not enough need to supplement;

7. For poor water quality and do not do water treatment users, it is recommended to do a comprehensive maintenance before the peak of the chiller use, in order to ensure the refrigeration effect.
