What Does the Industrial Chiller Take to Start Up Everyday?

Daily start-up inspection of the cooled ciller: 

 1. Whether the power supply is normal.

 2. Whether the cooling water tower is filled with water (the air cooled chiller has no cooling tower).

 3. Whether the water tank is filled with water.

 4. Whether the cooling water pump can be started normally (the air cooled chiller has no cooling tower).

 5. Whether the cooling water pump can be started normally.

 6. Whether the cooling tower fan (cooling fan) can be started normally.

 7. Whether the current of the refrigeration unit is normal (not more than 3 times the power of the chiller).

 8. The cooled chiller is of high pressure (air cooling does not exceed 20KG/cm2, water cooling does not exceed 17KG/cm2).

 9. The low-pressure pressure of the chiller is not less than 3.5KG/cm2.

After the chiller is started and there is no situation outside the range of the above operating points, the unit can be put into continuous use and enter automatic duty.

The above is the need to turn on the chiller for a long time, before and after the start-up and daily start-up inspection work, please store it for future use by industry partners, so as to check the status of the chiller.
