How to manage daily operating of water -cooled screw chiller ?

Water-cooled screw chillers are well-known for their stable performance and high - efficiency, especially for large cooling loads with low noise and running smoothly. It is not only suitable for hotels, commercial building and food processing, but also used for industrial and mining enterprise, rubber and plastic, chemical and pharmaceutical industries,etc. Therefore, the chiller units are essential to industrial applications all year round. 1. Checking that there is no leakage in the system, or not.

2. It is necessary to check whether the three-phase voltage in normal range.

3. Detecting whether the operating current of each compressor is in good running. 

4. Inspecting the phase sequence of chiller units including cooling pump, chilled pump and cooled tower fan.

5. Adjust the water flow and check whether the water pressure drop through the evaporator and condenser meets the requirements for the normal operation of the unit.

6. Checking whether the installation is correct, ensure connection is at right place for flow switch and the control cabinet.

7. Detecting chiller plant performance and parameters regularly for evaluation running state.

8. Cleaning and lubricating to maintain all part of chillers.

9. It must be inspected unit’s temperature including the host, compressor, discharge gas temp and oil temp during running.
