4. Before opening the air supply valve, the gas pipeline should be connected well, and the gas pipeline should be kept unimpeded and not twisted. No one should work or stand in front of the air outlet.

5. The maximum pressure in the gas storage tank cannot exceed the nameplate, and the safety valve should be sensitive and effective.

6. Check that the intake valve, exhaust valve, bearing and other components have abnormal sound or overheating.

7. When there is air leakage, water leakage and electricity leakage in the unit; The indicating value of the pressure gauge, temperature meter and ammeter exceeds the specified value; Exhaust pressure rises suddenly, safety valve failure; When the machine has abnormal sound or the motor has strong spark, the machine should be shut down immediately for inspection, find out the reason and eliminate it, before restarting the operation.
