If the industrial chiller has not been used for a long time, it is necessary to restart it. If it is not inspected according to the regulations, it will be turned on forcibly, which will cause serious danger and safety hazards. Please check when the unit is turned on for the first time after a long shutdown:
1. Whether the power supply is normal.
2. Whether the cooling water tower is filled with water (the air-cooled machine has no cooling tower).
3. Whether the chilled water tank is filled with water.
4. Whether the cooling water pump can be started normally (the air-cooled machine has no cooling tower).
5. Whether the chilled water pump can be started normally.
6. Whether the cooling tower fan (cooling fan) can be started normally.
When the above conditions are met, the refrigeration unit can be turned on. If the cooling pump, refrigerating pump, and cooling fan of the refrigerating unit are peripherally controlled, please turn on the cooling pump first (the air cooler has no cooling pump), refrigerating pump, and cooling fan (the cooling fan of the air cooler is controlled by the unit itself). Then turn on the refrigeration.
After booting, please check:
1. Whether the current of the refrigerating unit is normal (no more than 3 times the power of the unit).
2. The refrigeration unit is high pressure (air cooling not exceeding 20KG/cm2, water cooling not exceeding 17KG/cm2).
3. The low-pressure pressure of the refrigeration unit is not lower than 3.5KG/cm2.
