1. Carefully check whether the chiller equipment is damaged before installation, and then choose a suitable place.

2. The place to install the chiller unit is the floor, installation pad or foundation, and it can bear the weight of the whole equipment.

3. The chiller should be placed in a computer room with a room temperature of 4-40 degrees, and there should be enough space around the unit for future maintenance and management.

4. One end of the chiller should have a space for cleaning the condenser tube bundle, which cannot be occupied by other equipment in the workshop.

5. Select the appropriate diameter of the water pipe, which can withstand the pressure of the cooling system when the chiller is running at maximum power, and connect it correctly.

6. For common application scenarios, the water flow velocity through the condenser is between 1.0-3.6m/s, and the water flow should be stable at any

under load.

7. The pipeline design and installation shall be carried out according to the conventional method, and the chilled water pump shall be connected to the water inlet pipe of the chiller to ensure normal operation in the unit.

Pressure and flow, and maintain a certain shock absorption effect to prevent the water in the evaporator from being drained due to the shutdown of the water pump.

Precautions for the operation:

1. Chiller operators must be trained and master skills, and they must abide by safe operating procedures for chiller operations.

2. Do it carefully before work, check whether the cooling water valve has been opened, the water tank of the chiller and the cooling water pressure are normal, otherwise, do not run without water; carefully check the status of each pipeline before work, and confirm that it is correct before starting Turn on the chiller.

3. The opening sequence of the water cooler: turn on the cooling water pump and turn on the compressor; the closing order of the water cooler: turn off the compressor and turn off the cooling water pump;

4. Do not set the freezing water temperature too low. If the temperature is too low, the cooling efficiency of the unit will be reduced, and the low temperature protection action may cause an alarm to shut down. Just set the water temperature slightly lower than the required temperature, and operate it when necessary. While adjusting, adjust the water temperature according to actual needs;

5. When the unit has a fault alarm and shuts down, first press the stop button of the unit (the alarm light will go out), and then check the cause of the fault, and do not start the machine forcibly before the fault is eliminated;

6. If it is not an emergency, do not shut down the unit by cutting off the main power supply; if the unit is not used for a long time in winter, first shut down the unit, then turn off the main power supply, and drain the water in the system;

7. If the chiller is abnormal during operation, the power should be turned off immediately and the maintenance personnel should be notified to deal with it. Turn off the power of the chiller, clean the machine, clean and tidy up the working place;
